Assembly:

Outside the aprons in mechanical seal static ring after coated with vaseline lubricants such as, the static ring components in the axial pressure into the seat, and the sealing surface coated with grease, clean with other sealing parts, install flat key, impeller and check washer, and bolt pressure. 

Note: the static mechanical seal ring gasket side during installation easy, this will lead to leakage of the machine sealing, when installation should be checked carefully. 

In the coated with a moderate amount of grease on the seals, o-ring. Install the o-ring, the sealing ring is easy to fall off and folded please be careful so as not to cause leakage 

Hoist motor components, impeller, down slowly set into the pump body, bolt, and then loaded on the pipe wall and deflated plug. 

Hand rotating rotor, check for card lag phenomenon.

The installation, operation and maintenance: 

Installation: 

When installation, should choose from conveying fluid place recently, make the pump is installed in the smallest height and minimum suction inlet line 

Note: should guarantee the unit and the distance from the obstacles around the more than 150 ㎜, make the motor fan has get enough air source. 

When the pump is used in vibration requirements more stringent, can use shock absorber (pad), to be prepared in accordance with the manufacturer's instruction for installation. 

Pipe installation should be reliable fixation, close to the pump flange of pipe support should be rigid enough, can not let the weight of the pump pipe under pressure. 

The installation of pumps should avoid direct sun and rain. 

Import vacuum gauges should be installed, and the pump outlet flange should install pressure gauge, to observe and control the running status of pump. Range of pressure gauge shall be the actual pressure of 2 ~ 3 times is advisable. 

Pump inlet and outlet pipe should be installed gate, convenient in maintenance and operation regulation. 

Connection: correct connection required by nameplate, wiring, terminal must be strong, there is no loose, otherwise, will lead to poor contact and lacks burn machine. For the reliable operation of motor, electric switch should be fitted with overload protection device, and according to the requirements of the motor nameplate current protection device the size of the set value. 

Warning: if you don't install overload protection device, due to the water valve fully open, large flow runtime or sudden increase in some cases the current overload makes the motor burn out. 

In the state of suction (or water level below the pump inlet water level below the impeller axis axis), standard atmospheric pressure, the pump mounting height 

H = 10 - Ann (NPSH) r - 0.5 - hw, hw for suction pipe resistance losses (formula of calculating unit: m).

Run:

Inching motor, pump shaft rotation direction is in line with the direction of pump rotation logo on (the) clockwise, when looking from the motor. 

Warning: it is strictly prohibited to no water in the pump commissioning, to avoid the damage of mechanical seal. 

At the inlet valve fully open, spit out gate valve is closed, starting the pump, open the pressure gauge, gradually open the export gate valve until the required operating conditions (in export gate valve is closed, the running time should be no more than three minutes), pay attention to the electric current shall not exceed the rated current of the motor run time. 

Note: operation point flow in the large flow rate given in the table is not more than performance, runtime, the actual lift H = (P - P into) / 0.0098 performance should not be less than the big flow points given in the table of lift is advisable (P out of a formula for the value of the outlet pressure gauge P into for the value of the pump suction flange in vacuum pressure gauge pressure units: MPa, head unit: m). Maintenance: 

Should regularly check whether smooth operation process, the wear and leakage of mechanical seal, replace the seal in time, prevent water pressure into the motor. 

Check the temperature of the motor shell, the normal operation of pump, the motor temperature rise to allow up to 80 ℃, when it is necessary to further check whether there is electric current overload and three phase current unbalanced phenomenon. 

Often look for floats into the pool and the change of water level, if into the pool below the lowest water level, the pump should be stopped running, lest produce cavitation, damage to the impeller. When necessary, the adjustable gate, appropriate to reduce pump water yield, promote the pool water level recovery. 

Pay attention to the pressure gauge and the change of the ammeter, found abnormal, take corresponding measures in a timely manner. 

When the pump stopped for a long time, should be no clean water, to rust removing scale, coated with antirust oil.
